If one hasn't time to talk in a useless language, one has too much work to do.
jan li jo ala e tenpo tawa ni. jan li kepeken e toki kepeken ala kepeken la jan ni li pali mute mute.
I'm almost there, but "mute mute" doesn't quite imply excessive. And it seems like there should be another "la",
jan li jo ala e tenpo tawa ni la jan li kepeken e toki kepeken ala kepeken la jan ni li pali mute mute.
But only because I'm lacking suitable means to let someone know that the la covers two sentences.
How to say "too"?
How to say "too"?

mute ike for too much maybe.
too dark -> pimeja ike
etc.
I'm guessing the positive use of too common in many languages ("too much fun") goes against tp philosophy
