I used 'tan' to indicate that Volapük was just a *source* of knowledge, in order
to avoid 'mi kama sona e toki Olapu' which would have been false, or even 'mi
kama sona lili e toki Olapu', but maybe this is what I should have written
anyway.

Of course it's the *strike* meaning of utala I'm using here!

However, I can't help thinking that Tokiponization has something to do whith
Volapukization... anu ala? :)

ken a! taso mute la ala. The 'l' for 'r' (and conversely) is pretty common
across the board (roshi from Laozi, labor from wrq and so on); but jan Sonja is
an Esperantist and may (more or less therefore) know some Volapu"k.

taso toki Olapu li tan ala e sona sina. tan sina li lipu Wikipsija. sina kama
ala kama sona e wan lili pi toki Olapu? mi muyte li wile e nimi ps sama pi nimi
Inli 'about'. tenpo ni taso la nimi 'tan' li pona ala tawa mi. mi mute li wile e
seme?
nimi 'utala' li sona sama e nimi Inli 'strike' ... (Hopeless) Seems to me be too
physical for this sense of 'strike' (but then, 'strike' doesn't?). Maybe a
metaphorical extension of something like 'kama lukin' works? Or some other
suggestions?

I'm afraid there's no proper TP translation of 'about'. But it seems possible to
do without it:

mi kama sona e ijo lili pi toki X tan lipu Wikipesija.

I think I'll stick to my metaphorical use of utala because I like it.
