Re: moku mama
Last night my parents came to my house. Me and my father prepared good food. We gave plates, glasses, silverware to the dinner table table. My parents drank wine. I didn't drink any.
We made bird, fruit and bread. We really enjoyed this! We removed the plates, silverware, glasses from the table and gave them into the food containers (cupboards) of my kitchen.Mako wrote: mi mute li pali e waso e kili e pan. ni li pona tawa mi mute! mi mute li weka e sike moku e ilo moku e poki telo tan supa moku li pana e ona tawa insa poki moku pi tomo moku mi.

tan ni: sike moku en ilo moku en poki telo li ilo. ni mute li moku ala. so you should put them in the utensil bins, not the food bins

perhaps "e waso nasa seli e kili laso e pan"
Re: moku mama
My objection is to making any of these things -- you ain't God. On the other hand, there does not seem to be a general word for "prepare": you cooked the bird, I suppose, and maybe (some of) the vegetables and just sliced the bread (OK, maybe you cooked that , too). Maybe 'kama moku e' "made food of"?
