ike la ni li lon.
Probably 'tenpo ni' is more normal than 'tenpo lon'

Re: pilin nasa
I think you meant to say "ijo", not "ilo".mije Wi wrote:mi lukin e ni. jan pi mani mute pi tenpo pini li jo e ilo lili li pilin pona. jan pi mani lili pi tenpo lon li jo e ilo mute li pilin ike.
Re: pilin nasa
Maybe, but this makes sense, too (says he, typing on his iPhone).
Re: pilin nasa
'tother way 'round. And these are not the most confusing pair in the pile.
Re: pilin nasa
I still can't understand how the meaning changes if I write ilo or ijo.

Re: pilin nasa
Both make sense, it's just what you want to emphasize. To me, at least, if you use ijo you are talking about how many possessions doesn't bring happiness. ilo by referencing tools, seems to mean our modern abilities, technology, etc. don't make us happy. So if you are talking just about cell phones, computers, cars etc. ilo is better, but if you want to include hamsters, artwork, houseplants, nick-nacks ... go with ijo.mije Wi wrote:I still can't understand how the meaning changes if I write ilo or ijo.
