As a logician (in retirement, but my license has not been revoked) I have to protest that some things are impossible: that a thing both have and lack something at the same time and in the same respect, that there is a largest number, that (but this is trickier, I admit) there be a complete, consistent axiom set for arithmetic, and so on.

Otherwise, your tp is trying to get too much into one sentence; you have to divide separate notions into separate sentences. tp doesn't have subordinate clauses nor, for the most part, adjectival equivalents. so, for starters

For the rest, drop the 'e' after 'lon' and 'lon ala' and you are pretty much right.

Well, I had trouble with the original 'ma', hence the question. I would be happy with 'lon suli' "broad existence" or some such thing. Maybe even "ali li pona'
I did carry on with 'ma,' but something else would probably be better.
