Yes/No questions are now defined not only with VERB ala VERB, but generally with PREDICATE ala PREDICATE.

Chapter Intransitive Verbs, Adverbs and Auxiliary Verbs

For example:

mi lon tomo. --> mi lon mute tomo. (mute - adverb)
mi lon tomo. --> mi wile lon tomo. (wile - auxiliary verb)
