WasoPimeja
olin li awen. olin pakala li awen mute.
olin pakala is interesting here. I think the translation does the trick, but maybe a touch of poetry could be added.
janTepanNetaPelin
olin pona li kama suli. olin utala li awen lili.
Maybe kama suli is abusive but olin utala seems the right way to translate jealousy.
jan Jojanese
wile li suli. olin li lili.
Unfortunately the translation is a bit off, I understand wile as desire so we don't have the jealousy part.

To conclude, janTepanNetaPelin won his second point with this challenge! The next one is:
Whoever does not fear death therefore fears life.. — Diane

Unfortunately, there was little participation in this challenge.
jan Jojanese
sina pilin ike ala tawa moli la, sina pilin ike tawa lon.
When I read the translation for the first time I thought it was perfect but it is in fact subtly false.
janTepanNetaPelin
sina pilin ike ala tan moli, la sina pilin ike tan lon. (jan li pilin ike tan moli anu lon.)
The second proposal is less close to the quotation and for once I will take into account the first one.
As you have noticed, there is only one word that is different. The question then is: are we afraid in sight of something or because of something? I must admit, I had to check the dictionary. And indeed the appropriate word is "tan".
fear. An unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain, or harm.
But since jan Jojanese was very close to the correct answer and he answered first, I give him half a point.
On his side, janTepanNetaPelin wins his third point.

The following challenge is more complicated to make the separation clearer. I also hope that there will be more proposals!
The poem begins where the mind loses its footing. — Daniel

I'll let you guess the winner.
In any case, this game doesn't seem to be very successful. At least I would have tried to throw something.
Thanks to the participants of all the sessions :)
