kulupu toki anu toki kupulu
Shouldnt kulupu toki be toki kupulu? All adjectives come after the noun they modify, so toki kupulu would be community discussions whereas kulupu toki would be talking community.

Re: kulupu toki una toki kupulu
The forum is kulupu toki, the posts are toki kulupu. By the way, I think you meant "kulupu toki anu toki kulupu".

If that's what you want to say, I'd say:
sina toki e ijo tu ni tawa mi:
sina toki e ijo pi kulupu toki li pona e nimi ike mi.
nasin ike is also ok, but it is better to keep it simple.

"for" in this sense (and many others) is 'tawa'
The "talk/tell about" issue got decided as 'toki e ijo pi' "say something related to"
