I meant the website tokilili.shoutem.com. If I had written 'kulupu pi toki lili', would you have understood better?e nimi "device for small talk" (anu ken la "toki lili site")
By 'poki sitelen' I meant 'mailbox'. Is there a standard term?e nimi "box of writings" (anu "mail box")
'sitelen pi ken kama' was my shot at 'activation e-mail'. On that site there is a big KAMA/LOGIN button and I was thinking more in terms of 'writing about login possibility'. I am fascinated by the fact that it works with kama's basic meaning as well. An activation e-mail is in fact a writing about future possibilities I wasn't able to convey the proper contextualization...e "writings about future possibilities"
The problem was that when I tried to sign up at tokilili.shoutem.com, the e-mail with the required activation link didn't reach my mailbox. This is fixed now, as I have already written on another thread.
I meant "what should I do?" but I understand that my brain is still loaded with a lot of unnecessary ballast I agree, "what do I do?" is just as fine.just 'mi pali e seme' (not imperative or subjunctive)
OK. This is clear. I have some more questions about 'o' and I'll ask them in 'kama sona toki'. Thank you very much for your help.'o sina pona e mi' or just 'o pona e mi'

Re: toki! mi jan Tali
Sorry to be a fussbudget. I did get both of them on the second bounce, which is pretty good for me. While I am not terribly happy with it, 'lipu' has become the standard word for websites. 'ilo' tends to be a concrete thing, a machine or tool of some sort. In that respect it is somewhat better than 'lipu' but still not one I like a lot (not that that matters), On the other hand, 'poki sitelen' seems just about right, aside from the usual worries about calques -- does every language call it something like a box?
I suppose, calquing again, that the KAMA/LOGIN button is something like 'nena pi pali/toki/sitelen kama' but there is no standard that I know of ('kama' for 'login' was a surprise to me).
Nice natural language spread! Give us some insights into how things might go better in tp.

does every language call it something like a box?
At least, now it's not a box, doesn't look like box etc. I'd like to be more context-aware in that case. Leter may be "toki" when it's conversational, "ijo pana" when not read, and so. And "lipu" for website is completely alien for me. Even "ma sitelen" makes more snce. Or, if referred by adress, "nimi pi ijo sona" or so.
