* it co-ordinates and appears to be legal!

mi sona ala e toki sina. well, the first part. "I don't have the Toki Pona clothing. When/If I'm in Toki Pona land, I don't go using clothes. Because of this, want to do this: I want to fix it/them." Sorry, I'm kinda new to Toki Pona and trying to practice but it's so ambiguous! a a a.

I don't have tp cloths. When I am in toki pona land, I go without cloths. Because of this, the cloths do not need this: (that) I clean them. (it-the cloths)

There is no particular rule about how much the "ala" is negating, except it negates the stuff that came before and not after. I'm pretty sure that ala, like kin, and taso can't shuffle (i.e. order of modifiers is important) cf. kili suli jelo vs kili jelo suli mean mostly the same thing, but not, kili suli kin jelo vs kili suli jelo kin

If you want cloth (for the body) of the tp sort, get them! If this happens, jan Sonja will get some small change. jan Sonja isn't selling a book. She (he/she/it-person) sells only cloths.

Modified pronouns are legal, but generally are only modified for number and gender. But if it was more common for people to modify pronouns with the head noun of the corresponding noun phrase, it would be a good thing. ona can co-ordinate with too many things to be really useful as anaphora.
