Poland. You don't need the 'lon'; just 'ma seme li ma Posuka (kep[eken toki Inli)' or so. ('lon' only means "be" is a metaphysical sense: "exist")
Sorry about Borat; as an American I can only say that the actor/author is English -- but I admit we all laughed just the same (Nothing personal, I think, just a generic stereotype former SSR, based on an ancient Western comedy routine. Though why he picked yours rather than Kirghizastan or Turkmenostan or ... I can't say.)
