I've noticed a lack of new videos concerning Toki Pona and it's community on YouTube so this is a little fun challenge I have for the Toki Pona community.
Make (or translate) a song in Toki Pona on YouTube!
The rewards are self-obtainable:
An increase of popularity on YouTube
An increase of interest of Toki Pona
A fun way to promote Toki Pona (and bring awareness to artificial languages)
and...
It'll serve as a motivator to those learning Toki Pona.
So what do you say?
A Toki Pona (fun) challenge for Toki Pona Speakers

It's a very good idea^_^
Re: A Toki Pona (fun) challenge for Toki Pona Speakers
I would like to see more spoken toki pona videos (or audio) too. Someday, maybe a "o kama sona e toki pona" podcast.

I'm not really sure where this is from but I'm guessing Russia, it reminds me of the toki pona podcast from Russia.

Someday I should try to transcribe this for practice.

Sounds like a Russian speaker. Very soft "si", "li" and so on. For tokiponian "la", "lu", hard "L" , closer to [w] than to [l], is used: "luka" is pronounced "лука" at 00:42-00:44, "telo li kalama" is "тэло ли калама" (1:49) and so on.janMato wrote:I'm not really sure where this is from but I'm guessing Russia
