<<tenpo pini poka[?] la mi pini kama sona e toki pona kepeken lipu sona pona. tan ni la mi wile kepeken E toki pona tawa [toki e] NI: MI TOKI TAWA jan mute, tan ni: tenpo ni la mi ken ala sona pona e toki ni! mi wile e ni: tenpo kama la jan ale li ken toki tawa jan ale kepeken toki pona.>>
I suppose the idea of 'tenpo pini poka' is "recently" "a little while ago" and I think that works, though I might have said (had I thought of this dodge rather than using 'lili') 'tenpo poka pini' to open 'tenpo poka kama' for "soon" (which can, of course, work your way too, but not so obviously symmetrical).
'kepeken' as a verb takes its tool as direct object -- unless you are doing your wanting using tp, which seems unlikely.
'tawa' with purpose can/t for various reasons, take a clause or even verb phrase, so you have to just refer to a separate sentence.
But then the 'tan ni' and what follows floats free, since, I suppose, it gives the reason for your wanting , not the reason for your talking. I don't know how to fix that without getting two 'ni's pointing to two things which themselves interact. A muddle,
Nice wish, though probably not a tpish one. But the desire to talk to a lot of people is a good one and I wish we could facilitate its realization.

jan Semi o, toki! Nice first try at a rather complicated couple of sentences. jan Kipo's suggestions should help you correct the mistakes that are there. The real trick seems to be to not pack too much into any one sentence, not always as easy as it sounds. It's good you are using kepeken with toki, as often the first mistake people make with this is to say "mi toki e toki pona." You can say "mi toki kepeken toki pona." or "mi kepeken e toki pona." in the first kepeken is working as a preposition, in the second as a verb, so it needs the 'e'.

lipu ni li pona tawa sina: sina wile toki kepeken toki pona. jan mute li kepeken e toki pona lon lipu ni. o kama pona!

Uffda! to come somewhere near saebjorner might lie.
'lon ni' for "talk about" is still in the air, I think. 'kin' goes after a word to stress it in some way: 'jan ni kin' 'the man too' (man indicated somehow) 'li mi toki' "is me talking"? but then 'kep[eken' is a preposition and doesn't need 'e'.
Propwer names are adjectives which must have a head, so 'jan Senshi ala jan Senshi'
'mu'?
