What does "it" refer to? If you mean the bit at the end, it is a command to talk well. If you mean "how to import these things," I mean the little characters, which you use here, that float on the right of the page and look like they could be moved into text, but refuse to move by the usual procedures (copy, drag).

Now I understand. Just click on them. This will have some punctuation come in your text box -- after sending the message, those punctuation will look as the faces.
