Is this a good description of 'awen' (a word I think I understand mostly) a good one? Please fix any mistakes:
awen is basically inertia - carrying on with exactly what you've already been doing. E.g. if someone works, and I go away for a bit and come back and they're STILL working, I can explain to someone, 'jan li awen pali'. Someone is STILL working. If you are standing still and I want you to KEEP standing still, I could say 'o awen'. Stay. An example of using awen as a verb: If I wanted to say I'll KEEP this food for you, I'll say 'mi awen e moku tawa sina.'
Thanks for your help! (I rarely use awen and so am not very familiar with it.)
