Could you say "mi mi li mute" for I'm not just me? ("I'm me and more")
As an example, of course.
Like, jan li jan li mute?
I don't know how to put it into tp.

mi mi li mute to me sounds like my ego is much.
What do you mean by saying I'm not just me? If you mean that there's something more in you, you'd better off say mi ala mi taso = I'm not only me, I'm not solely me. Try to find the essence, the gist of what you're trying to say; toki pona is all about it: finding everywhere the gist.

maybe something more concrete:
mi kipisi pi len suli. mi sama li jan en ijo ante.
mi kipisi pi len suli. mi sama li jan en ijo ante.

'Mi mi taso ala' is wondrously obscure but is literal. 'mi mi li mute kin' may be worse (the 'li,' deletion is a problem both ways). Since we don't have easy comparatives, the "There's more to me than meets the eye" is not very feasible: 'sina lukin e mi la mi li lili. taso lon la mi suli'
