I got the second one, though in the context it makes a little sense.
The first one is too difficult for me considering I have not yet read about la.

Perhaps you could translate if for me.

A part of it might mean:
Do not use pi!

Or something to that effect. TP is not very specific, so what! :)

kulupu nimi, but this can refer to any aggregate of words (phrases, paragraphs), but certainly smaller than a lipu or a lipu mute (pages and books of text)

I wanted to translate more or less as "mute anu lili". ni li pakala anu seme?

And in tokiponizing foreign names one should adhere to the original pronunciation, shouldn't they. Not the translation into English.

So why is Russian /русский язык/ Losi and not Usi Asi? Tosi is an obvious approximation of Deutsch.
