It was an April Fools day joke of jan Sonja's meaning pangolin or armadillo. It should be treated as an obsolete word, here one list of currently obsolete words.

However, if I was going to write about pangolins or armadillos, I'd be sorely tempted to use kijetesantakalu because people have seen that more than akesi pi ma seli or what have you.
