Right, it's parrot's voice:
mi waso li pona lukin
I am a bird and I am beautiful.
mama mi li lon tomo ni la o toki ala e nimi jaki kepeken Inli.
When my parent(s) is in the house, don't speak curse words in English.
mi waso li pona lukin
I am a bird and I am beautiful.

Re: What should every parrot know to say in tp?
'palisa luka mi li ala moku.' I suppose "My finger is nothing foodily" gets the idea across, and 'palisa luka mi li moku ala' can be read as the trivial "My finger doesn't eat" as well as the intended meaning. I (not owning nor liking parrots) would say 'o moku ala e palisa luka mi' which also fits better with other jan>waso lines.
Several old jokes come to mind, but none seems to translate well (now do you say "this is what I've been praying for" for example).
