Well, since the argument is statistical, I'm not going to get too excited; statistical algorithms have a habit of finding order in the most random of sequences (e.g., stock market predicting). But, if the language is Celtic (P or Q?), then there should be recognizable peculiarities (and how!) in the data. Then maybe tp will have to learn to roll its ls.
