Not quite the right structure. You have "If they say ..., then our ancestral language is dead," which is a little pessimistic (or gives a lot ofpower to the speakers). Better is "They sat ..." We do it. Still our language keeps dying" 'jan li toki e ni: o mi ale li sitelen ... . mi pali e ni. toki pi mama mama mi li awen kama moli. Or some such. It's a hard problem, for which only a few working and partial solutions have been found (having teachers really come down hard on students using the language seems to work better than most positive reinforcements, for example).
'tenpo nanpa tu la' and so on (not "twice")
probably 'jan pi sona toki' rather than'jan pi toki sona' though men of wise speech are good, too.
'kama e jan pi sona toki tawa..." no 'jo'
'pana e mani tawa mi tawa toki' (or maybe the two tawas reversed) (prep phrase at the end)
6 'o jan pi tomo sona li pana e sona pi toki. mi li ala' or some such
7 listed as 8 and so on
8 (9) jan pi sin ala. I don't like 'lon' here but don't know what is better.
8(10) 'ilo sike pi ilo nanpa' doesn't seem quite right. 'jo e toki mi'
last. mi lete e jan ni lon poki lete: jan pi sin ala li toki ...'
