Since 7 and 12 have no common prime factors, the click-both-each-time system will, in fact, cover all 84 combinations, though in a not very obvious way.

Okay, so I'm trying to figure out the calendar so that I can use it on my (planned) Toki Pona blog. But I have done the calendar 3 different ways, and none of them have 2011 as tenpo kasi ko. WhIch should I use, jan Tomaniki?

Method 1
2001 pipi jaki
2002 kala jaki
2003 kasi jaki
2004 akesi jaki
2005 waso jaki
2006 soweli jaki
2007 jan jaki
2008 pipi ko
2009 kala ko
2010 kasi ko
2011 akesi ko
2012 waso ko

Method 2
2001 pipi jaki
2002 pipi ko
2003 pipi kon
2004 pipi ma
2005 pipi mani
2006 pipi seli
2007 pipi sona
2008 pipi suwi
2009 pipi telo
2010 pipi unpa
2011 pipi utala
2012 pipi wawa

Method 3 (treating the cycles as interlocking - .25, 7, 12 years)
2001 pipi jaki
2002 kala ko
2003 kasi kon
2004 akesi ma
2005 waso mani
2006 soweli seli
2007 jan sona
2008 pipi suwi
2009 kala telo
2010 kasi unpa
2011 akesi utala
2012 waso wawa

Thanks for this summary. I tend to favor the third version, thouh the other two are more obviously systematic and so easier to use.
