Pale (minimalistic language without pronouns)

Is there a way to specify hard & soft, or as an example from toki pona is there an equivalent to palisa (long, hard) /kiwen (hard) & linja (long & flexible) or are they all just 'lena'? I assume 'tela' would be the equivalent to 'ko', right? I like some elements of this (mainly grammatical, like ending with 'ka' to make it a question) better than toki pona, but in terms of vocabulary this seems even more vague than toki pona, & I don't view that as a good thing. I don't think it would be a bad idea to have personal pronouns. They don't have to be used but could be if needed Even Japanese has personal pronouns 君 (kimi) for 'you' & 私/僕/俺(watashi/boku/ore) for I/me.

Edit: Is there a proper list of grammar anywhere? what is the equivalent to 'pi'?

What kanji would you use since it is influenced by japanese?

For example I would probably use 直 for lena (straight/direct) as well as 糸 for rope/thread/wire. Possibly even 棒 (long/hard) since there seems to be no equivalent in pale.

For 'ma' I would use either ’ま’ (ma) or 達 (tachi)
people would be 人ま or 人達
