Maybe you should look at Dama Dewa, also from Kenanidhs. I suspect you will like it even less, since it is like one version of clarified tp.
not sure how 'sona ala tan toki Sonko' works "doesn't know/understand from Chinese" I suppose it means that it uses things that are incompatible with Chinese patterns, but I don't quite see how it is meant to mean that.

I mean that Chinese has no any suffixes and prefixes. This is what I like about Toki Pona.
No suffixes and prefixes. The word is just a word.
I'd like Toki Pona to stay this way.
Especially since it have got an hieroglyphic alphabet. :)

Actually, Chinese has a couple of suffixes, as it were. They are treated as words in the writing system but are clearly mere adjuncts in the spoken language. I don't know the details. But I agree that tp's not having paradigms is an advantage. Unfortunately, it leaves the problem of clarity unsolved.I'm also not a fan of codes, like hieroglyphics -- or rather, I don't like them if they come to override the real written language which is based directly on the spoken.
