Actually 'kon insa seli'. The other could be just central heating.

Checking for publication:
Same problem with
'kiwen lon insa
pi ma tomo li tawa
li kiwen ala.'
But this seems more intractable. Best I could manage was
lon ma tomo la
kiwen insa li tawa
li kiwen ala.
Back to you.

I don't agree that central heating would be one of the most central meanings.
It is better though to identify place first and later the state (however it may be a little of SAE influence). Maybe that's why it seems better style for me: "kon insa seli". Thanks.

I'm thinking of the improvement of the "kiwen" thing now. By the way, it's a somewhat personal wordplay around my name.

"kiwen pi insa
pi ma tomo li tawa"

Greek for "kiwen" and old German etymology "pi insa pi ma tomo" (in the modern one it would be inverted)

Sorry to be slow about the wordplay. I haven't yet gotten the tp name -- name connection down in most cases, so I don't see 'Pilo' and think "Pyotr Mittelstaedt" (Not sure I would have gotten it even if I had, but it is nice to have an excuse).

No problem. I haven't even expected anyone to investigate into the puzzle, even after my hints.
