i am no longer an active speaker of toki pona for two reasons:
life is not simple
the language appropriates words from the languages of colonized people

a case where leaving names untpized is probably called for( right quotes, too). we do have 'Kilikamesa' or something like that, however and 'Tan' is not too obscure, if we had a word for "dynasty" or "empire". but 'pi tan tenpo', 'pi tan ma Nipon' (Nijon?),
presimably poetry itself, since poetry, if it remains, is mightily changed in passing from one language to another.

I think this should be in the Translations section (toki ante)
olin jan li ike la ni li pakala mute.
Kung ang mahalin ka ay bawal, ito'y napakasakit.
