I must be out of practice. It's about money & gold and seems to be sort of negative about money.

"land one number blue is monetary yellow.
this color is having bad
new paper is plant color
but in only a little time, it is this
when this ends the paper comes down to paper
similarly jan Atan goes to bad of the feeling sort.
similarly, tomorrow is going down to day
nothing of the color of gold can remain."

Closer to the original:
The land's first blue is the yellow of money
this color is difficult to hold
a new leaf (original meaning, yet) is a colored plant (standard "flower")
but for only a short time it is so (we have to work on those temporals)
after this the leaf goes down to leaf
so Adam goes down to grief (what I was shooting for, but I think it is a clear miss).
so dawn (tenpo pi kama suno, not tenpo suno kama) goes down to day
nothing gold-colored can remain, abide, stay (actually).
