What stand will you take on the apocrypha? I probably won't do anything with 'pu' until we know more, since it is too much of a mystery. I ran across this website for another project a few days ago, and it got me back into converting the sitelen suwi into a font. It may help you with converting your font into an Internet Explorer readable font: http://www.fontsquirrel.com

Ah thanks jan Mato, I never knew where it came from. I was trying to write out how to do it, but that explanation is much better than the one I was hacking out.

I remember in high school learning how to count to ninety-nine with two hands. Did anyone else learn this? Is this even still taught?

In English we have similarly gone with various transliterations of 北京 - Beijing, Peking, but then 紫禁城 is always translated "Forbidden City" or "Forbidden Palace".

Nujoka could just as well be Sinjoka, or Jokasin, just as it is Nueva York to half the people in my neighborhood.
