I don't know of any uses of it in the corpus since I got here and I suspect most people would not recognize it, or would reject, it if they did. It goes back to a time when 'pi' was only possessive, not a general grouping marker for modifiers.

On the other hand, why is 'taso, and only 'taso' exempt from the need for 'la' in that role and position?

Since you are on the Forum, go to the wiki from the top of the forum page, and thence to the "words" page. This is neither complete nor accurate but is better than most and is official. There is also tpnimi.blogspot.com which is unofficial but more complete and generally fairly accurate.

'alasa' means "hunt, search for, etc." Aleister Crowley was a propounder of magick and general esoteric and erotic lore and cult over the end of the 19th and first half of the 20th centuries. He had a bad reputation, both for bad personal habits and for pretty thoroughly messing up good oc...
