Re: jan Kikamesi. utala pi jan Kunpapa

'toki pona mute sina' There must be an 'e' or 'pi' in here somewhere (or an 'ijo pi') I couldn't use 'pi' here, because this way I wanted to express: ((toki pona) mute) [about] sina = to talk very good about you = to praise, to glorify Or "much good talk about you" I think this is an argu...

Re: tomo tawa telo mi

Note that (almost?) all the positional prepositions work this way: above, below, in front of, behind, inside, near (I am not sure about far from), at the top of, maybe more (surely more if we could say "to the right of" and the like). Only from, at, and toward/to seem to function alone.

Re: sitelen linja en sitelen supa

Oh, there are always solutions -- even linear ones, but the task is to find one that is visually transparent, that shows the information without significant added analytic effort -- as easy as reading, say. And, for the moment, without going to 3-D. I suspect that some topological laws say this is i...

Yes, he would (and does) though he is having some worries about this. 'toki pona mute sina' There must be an 'e' or 'pi' in here somewhere (or an 'ijo pi') but I am not sure where: I guess (assuming this solution for the "about" issue)'toki pi pona mute sina' "talk about your great go...

Re: A ranged possibility: two-letter codes

Yeah, at a certain point, its inherent conventionality comes to the fore and personal choices take over. Though, the more I look at this, the better I like it as a good accomodation to the facts. Nice job, if I haven't said that before. I've become particularly fond of the solution for the "pok...

Re: toki pi jan suli

BTW FWIW the standard form for the question is 'pona ala pona' not 'pona anu ala.' A rhetorical version (suggesting a positive answer) is 'pona anu seme'.
