But tp is a conlang based significantly on something else and trying hard to not be sos.

“Please” is assumed with all requests. “Thank you” and “You’re welcome” are both ‘pona’. These are old established expressions. If you want to be fancy (but why?), you could say ‘sina wile la’ or ‘ni li pona tawa sina la’ for “Please”. But, as noted, all this has been dealt with from very early on.

Sorry, I took the ‘lon’s To be modifying ‘jan sewi mi’, a noun phrase, not the the vestigial verb phrase of which it was part. So it is my knowledge, not God, that is in earth and heaven?

Possibly true but it is still just a code.
