Re: From Communication 101

Well, I am not sure how this would play out in Chinese either, but I suspect it has more tools that tp for handling theses sorts of problems (or can get them in 10,000 years). just note that the "these sort of problems" is a direct consequence of english (chinese) as a primary language fo...

Re: Dotsies

That is, so far as I can tell, dotes are just a different font for the same old alphabet, this is not really correct reasoning. the correct conclusion from your presumption i...

Re: Dotsies

This does not seem to be much of a conceptual advance, however, of the sort that bringing in computers, etc., was supposed to bring about. It is just a new font, not a new way to present language. this new familiy of fonts is a conceptual advance as it turns phonetical writing into hieroglyphic. th...

Re: Change in administrator on the way

If tp philosophy is basically Daoism, then this is a fair practical version (without that kooky-spookies). the implication is not valid per se . moreover, tp is not "basicly Daosism", but, as sonja said "Many of these principles were inspired by Taoism, which values a simple, honest ...

Could they? Of course, though we cannot yet see what that change might be. but we can Until the electronic (or whatever comes after that) tools are universal, no change is really likely and, electronics is already universal for text writing, while the paper is still used for reading One might think...
