Re: Polyglot Conference, 2015
So, I went to this last October and was pleasantly surprised to meet two toki pona speakers. It was wonderful actually talking to people in person in the language!

Re: DuckDuckGo, alternative to google, is open for translation.
kulupu o! This does not take much time and is great practice. I just translated about 2% of the site and it took me about 20 minutes. Some of the phrases are difficult, but that's part of the fun.

Is monsuta an official word?
Is monsuta an official Toki Pona word? I have seen it in multiple places, but it is not on the online word list, nor in the book. Does anybody know?

Polyglot Conference, 2015
As you may know, this year's polyglot conference is in New York City. I was planning on attending and I was wondering if any of the kulupu would be attending. It would be great to meet other toki ponists.

Re: Question about Qestions
Ok. Now I have a new question. How would you actually respond to an "anu seme" question? For something like "sina pona ala pona" you can respond with "pona" or "ala pona", but how would you respond to "sina pona anu seme?"

Re: Question about Qestions
Is there any reason all questions can't be asked this way? It seems like a much simpler method.jan Pinsen wrote:If you're unsure, an alternative approach is to just use "anu seme?", like in: "sina kama sona e toki pona anu seme?".

Question about Qestions
Toki, So Toki Pona takes its yes/no question structure from Mandarin, so simple questions end up looking like this: "sina pona ala pona?" I understand that. However, I do not understand how to structure a more complex question. For example: "Are you learning toki pona?" Would it ...

I sent in a proposal, as well. I have not yet received an email in response, however.
