I'm assuming the obvious (yet nonsensical) "The piece of paper is on animal legs" is wrong? I'll take a wild guess and say that 'noka' can now be used as a preposition. (Well, technically not a preposition per se, but as a preposition-complement like 'insa' etc.) I'm not sure what it would...

You raise some interesting points. I fully agree with you on 2–4.
